Global fashion icon Heart Evangelista is celebrating her 40th birthday in a few days and she is truly loved as she got a surprise celebration from her friends.
The Kapuso star had a surprise birthday celebration organized by her friend and Filipino fashion designer Michael Leyva.
The intimate but grand celebration was designed by celebrity floral and events designer Gideon Hermosa.
"A heartfelt surprise birthday party, beautifully orchestrated and hosted by @michaelleyva_ for the gorgeous and ever-loving, @iamhearte," Gideon wrote in an Instagram post.
