Dingdong Dantes addressed a blind item involving a supposed “power couple” allegedly facing relationship problems.
In a recent episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, Dingdong was asked about online speculation from some netizens who thought the blind item was referring to him and his wife, Marian Rivera.
“Parang every year meron po talagang mga gano'ng nakukuha. Una, sanay naman po. Pangalawa, eh confident naman po kami na hindi kami 'yun. Basta ako, malinis tayo diyan,” he said.
Dingdong also opened up about his 11-year marriage with Marian and how they keep their relationship strong despite both being public figures in showbiz.
“I think, malaking bagay po na nagkakilala kami at the time when halos natapos na 'yung mga kailangan naming gawin as single people. Pero higit sa lahat, malaking bagay that nung umpisa pa lang, pareho ang gusto namin—and that is to just simply build the family. Everything revolves around there,” he added.
The couple celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary in December with their children, Zia and Sixto, at a beach resort in El Nido.
