On October 23, 2020, Assunta De Rossi and Jules Ledesma received their greatest blessing as they welcomed their daughter, Giulia Fiorentina Alessandra.
On Instagram, Assunta explained the meaning of Baby Fiore's full name.
"Giulia - Just like how you pronounce Julia (sorry, no letter J in the Italian alphabet) as a tribute to her paternal great-grandfather, Don Julio.
"Fiorentina - as a tribute to her paternal great-grandmother, Doña Florentina aka lola Puring (lola's name is the Spanish version).
"Alessandra - as a tribute to my sister and our lola Alejandra aka Inang. Plus, I like its meaning, defender/protector."
Assunta previously shared that her pregnancy with Fiore was a miracle because she had myoma and endometriosis when Fiore was conceived.
Since Baby Fiore's birth, Assunta made sure to celebrate every month until she turned one.
