Who wouldn't want a birthday party to remember, especially in today's trying circumstances? But how do you make a party memorable given the many restrictions in place? On her Instagram, Pauleen Luna Sotto shows it really doesn't take a lot.
With just balloons, balls, a piñata, and Tali's friends, Pauleen was able to whip up a celebration that literally had the cute four-year-old bouncing with joy.
