A sprawling resort in Laguna serves as both the set and the production accommodation of upcoming cultural drama series 'Legal Wives.'

It is the Mountain Lake Resort in Cavinti, Laguna, that the cast and crew call their home both in the fictional world of the show and during its lock-in taping.

The resort boasts of being nestled beside Lake Caliraya and overlooking the ever mysterious Mount Banahaw.

The 300-hectare property also has a golf course, a bike trail, a fishing village where you can catch dory, a 10-stage obstacle course, an astro camp, a zipline, a hanging bridge and a few other facilities for outdoor activities.

There are also cottages along the lake as well as floating boathouses.

The cast of 'Legal Wives' have been sharing their lives on set during the lock-in taping and have be thoroughly enjoying their stay at the resort.

Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo took his bike with him on set and has been sharing a few videos of his long rides around the resort.

His co-star Alice Dixson spent one her days off by enjoying the resort's facilities such as the hanging bridge, the zipline and the kayaks.

In a vlog, Maricar de Mesa showed her subscribers how the cast and crew are maximizing the use of the resort for both work and recreation.

'Legal Wives' tells the story of a unique Maranaw family where one man marries three different women for various reasons.

Aside from Dennis, Alice and Maricar, Andrea Torres, Bianca Umali, Cherie Gil, Irma Adlawan, Al Tantay and many others are also part of the show.
