It's no denying that almost everybody now has the K-pop syndrome. From world tours to talk shows on American TV and releasing albums through partnerships with different record labels worldwide, K-pop has solidified its presence in the music industry.
If you look through your own digital music streaming platform, you will notice a familiar name seen in Korean and worldwide music charts under the K-pop genre: GOT7.
GOT7 is a seven-member boy band with tracks ranging from beat-heavy rap to cheerful pop tunes that will instantly make any listener a fan.
While most K-pop bands are made of entirely Korean members, this band is multinational because four of its members are Korean while the other three hail from Hong Kong, Thailand, and America.
Each member also boasts their own unique trait making them multi-dimensional in many facets of entertainment, whether it's singing, dancing, acting, hosting, and even dabbing. To enumerate, members JAY B and Youngjae are known to be great songwriters, Jinyoung is a prominent actor, Mark is not only a model but also a composer, Jackson Wang is a CEO at 23, Bambam is one of the most popular endorsers in Thailand, and Yugyeom is deemed as one of the best dancers of his time.
