Multi-talented pop singer Chonnasorn Sajakul, also known as SORN, rose to fame in 2015 as a member of now-defunct K-pop girl group CLC.
On September 15, SORN released her fourth single "Nirvana Girl" featuring her former CLC co-member Yeeun.
According to SORN, "Nirvana Girl" talks about her journey as a K-pop idol and how she kinda felt like she wasn't really herself.
"I feel like people were telling me how to act, who to be, but now I am slowly, gradually becoming my authentic self and I'm becoming more comfortable being myself. We use the phrase 'Nirvana Girl' on my way to be Nirvana girl. Nirvana comes from Buddhism and we used that word to describe the state of enlightenment and how I feel like I'm more enlightened now as a person. And I am working hard towards my goal to become 'Nirvana Girl,'" she shared.
