Hundreds of students from across the country gathered at Gateway Cinema, Quezon City on September 23 for the launch of Jessica Soho's Storytellers' Academy, a one-day workshop aimed at mentoring the next generation of journalists and content creators. The event also marked Jessica Soho's 40th year in the industry, a milestone she celebrated by honoring her Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS) team for their tireless work behind the scenes.

“They are not the wind beneath my wings, they are my wings. Maraming maraming salamat Team KMJS,” Soho said, emphasizing that her show's success is a testament to her crew's dedication and resilience.

The Storytellers' Academy is planned to expand into a series of campus tours across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. As Soho put it, “It's time to pay it forward to mentor aspiring journalists and young content creators kasi naniniwala kami sa power of storytelling.”
