Joel Cruz's eldest twins, Prince Sean and Princess Synne, have officially turned 13 years old.
In his recent posts on Instagram and YouTube, Joel shared highlights from the twins' birthday celebration. Prince Sean and Princess Synne were born through surrogacy, and Joel has mentioned in interviews that their surrogate mother is a woman named Lilia from Russia.
