Lani Misalucha marks musical rebirth with remastered 'Bukas na Lang Kita Mamahalin'

Music, resilience, and heartfelt moments took center stage as Lani Misalucha celebrates a new chapter in her remarkable journey.
On June 10, family, friends, fans, and members of the media gathered at the Manila Hotel for an intimate evening honoring the OPM star's new identity as "The Nightingale."
In partnership with The Dainty Queen and Hartman Communications Inc., Lani introduced a remastered version of her timeless hit, "Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin"—a meaningful milestone that reflects both her enduring artistry and renewed passion for performing.
"I feel really grateful because I get to sing again when I thought that I wouldn't be able to perform again," she said in a documentary presented at the event.
Lani also opened up about the emotional impact of losing her hearing as a singer.
"A singer tapos bingi. Oh my gosh! Para kang ballet dancer, then you broke your ankle. Essential na parte ng katawan para sa singer 'yung hearing mo. Kaya akala ko talaga hindi ako makakakanta," she added.
More than a celebration of her return, the gathering honored the legacy Lani has built throughout the years—one marked by unforgettable performances, international recognition, and a voice that continues to inspire generations of music lovers.
" I think [the rebranding] is a long overdue transformation [and] evolution for Ms Lani Misalucha to be considering she's a global icon. She has brought pride and glory to our country," shared Harry Hartman, founder of Hartman Communications.
