We might be in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic, but Pinoy moviegoers won't have to miss the annual Metro Manila Film Festival this year, because all the entries will be available for streaming via Upstream.ph starting Christmas Day, December 25.
One of the most-talked-about MMFF entries is the heart-wrenching family drama movie 'Coming Home' which boasts a stellar cast.
Led by award-winning TV-movie actress Sylvia Sanchez and former Senator Jinggoy Estrada, the film was a collaboration between ALV Films and Maverick Films.
'Coming Home' was also directed by the highly-respected Adolfo Alix Jr. while the screenplay was written by Gina Marissa Tagasa.
This movie is a strong-contender for trophies during the MMFF awards night, especially with several Kapuso stars completing the star-studded cast of the movie including Shaira Diaz, Edgar Allan Guzman, newbie Kapuso Luis Hontiveros, and multi-awarded GMA Artist Center talent Martin del Rosario.
