Following the recent triumphs at the 2024 Olympics, Paris continued the celebration by hosting this year's Paralympic Games. Energized by their Olympic successes, the Philippine sports team arrived with a new roster of exceptional, dedicated, and inspiring para-athletes.
The excitement for the Paralympics has been building in the Philippines, as the team seeks to build on past achievements, including Adeline Dumapong's bronze medal in powerlifting way back in 2000 and Josephine Medina's bronze medal in para table tennis in 2016.
