Current reigning Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo truly is Bulacan's favorite daughter as she has received another homecoming celebration, this time in her home town of Meycauayan.
Chelsea's Meycauayan homecoming was held over the weekend and is the second homecoming celebration that was organized for her. The first one was organized by the province of Bulacan and was held last month.
This second homecoming is just the latest activity Chelsea has been involved in since winning the Miss Universe Philippines crown. At the start of the month, she was revealed as MEGA magazine's latest cover girl and hailed as the “Breakthrough Queen”.
Chelsea has also been a fabulous Santacruzan queen at a Flores de Mayo parade in Sampaloc and also took part in a Pride Month event organized by LoveYourselfPH, a volunteer community providing free HIV testing, counseling, treatment, and life coaching.
