Due to strong audience demand, 'Multwoh (Patay na Patay Sa'yo)' returns to the big screen nationwide starting October 21, with screenings in 13 Ayala Cinemas. Named the audience favorite among seven full-length films at the CinePanalo festival, the film drew sold-out screenings across Metro Manila.
Directed by Rodina Singh, 'Multwoh' won four awards at the festival's annual awards night: Always Panalo, Panalo sa mga Manonood, Panalo sa Production Design, and Panalo sa Brand Intrusion. Singh said winning the audience choice award was particularly validating, highlighting the importance of audiences embracing queer stories. The film's success also reflects the appeal of diverse Filipino stories, bolstered by lead star Sassa Gurl's popularity and creative promotional campaigns.
The film will screen starting October 21 at Glorietta, TriNoma, Market! Market!, Fairview Terraces, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Ayala Malls Circuit, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, Ayala Malls Marquee, Ayala Malls Harbor Point, Ayala Malls Center Cebu, Ayala Malls Centrio, and Ayala Malls Central Bloc.
