'Pulang Araw' stars, fans made Sanya Lopez feel like a debutante on her 28th birthday

Kapuso actress and Pulang Araw star Sanya Lopez celebrated her 28th birthday most uniquely: by having a debut.
On Instagram, Sanya posted several pictures during her surprise birthday party her fans, the Sanya Warriors, threw for her. It was unique because they made it look like an 18th-birthday debut for the First Lady of Primetime.
In her caption, she expressed how she felt blessed to have fans like her Sanya Warriors to have thrown such a surprise for her.
“Akala ko tapos na birthday ko. Hindi pa pala, and I can't even put into words how much it means to me. Na-surprise po talaga ako,” she said.
She also revealed that she didn't experience a debut when she turned 18, which made her birthday party “one of the best birthdays of [her] life.”
Sanya was working on the day of her birthday, August 9, for their hit historical drama series Pulang Araw and to help her celebrate, her co-stars threw her a surprise party too.
