Fitness coach and motivational speaker Rendon Labador was invited to help police officers become fit and healthy.
In a Facebook reel posted by Rendon on his page, the fitness influencer and coach can be seen at the Philippine National Police headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City. The video also shows him speaking with the media.
In the video interview shared by Rendon on his Facebook page, Police Brigadier General (PBGEN) Marvin Joe C. Saro can be seen approaching him and asking, “Kung papaano mapapaliit ang tiyan ng mga kapulisan.”
Rendon shared, “Ang ginagawa daw kasi nila, kaniya-kaniya. So meron silang time, meron silang ginagawang programa, na meron silang kaniya-kaniyang pipiliin na exercise kung ano 'yung gusto nila.”
