After tying the knot in a dreamy wedding, Rere Madrid and Kai Sotto are now embarking on another beautiful journey--starting a family.
The newlyweds happily announced they are expecting their first child in a heartwarming Instagram post.
"For a while, we've been living in our own little world. Holding onto a secret that made every day feel like an adventure," the basketball star wrote.
"Every moment, every plan, every quiet smile. It was all for you. And now, we finally get to share it. WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!! Our greatest adventure is just beginning, and you're already the best part of it. "
Along with the message, Rere and Kai shared a reel of their pregnancy journey. From revealing the good news to family and friends to their check-ups, the couple stayed candid about every highlight they experienced together.
Rere also specially thanked Bianca Umali, girlfriend of her brother Ruru, for giving her the courage to enter the new chapter of her life.
Kai and Rere started dating in 2024. They officially tied the knot last May in an outdoor wedding ceremony.
