SUV crashes into Matteo Guidicelli's restaurant's al fresco area

An SUV rammed into the al fresco area of actor Matteo Guidicelli's Italian restaurant, Da Gianni Cucina Italiana in Westgate Molito, Alabang, Muntinlupa, earlier, February 8, prompting safety checks and temporary closure of the outdoor dining space.
Guidicelli confirmed the incident through a social media post and assured the public that no guests were injured.
In a series of photos, he wrote, " At around 4:00 PM today, an incident occurred where a vehicle rammed into our al fresco area. We are grateful to share that no guests were injured. All guests had already left by around 1:30 PM, so the area was clear at the time.
"Two of our staff members were inside the restaurant [pizza oven area] and were immediately brought to the hospital for medical checks. Thankfully, there are no serious injuries, and they are currently being taken care of.
"The damage is limited to part of the restaurant's exterior. Our interior dining area remains open, while the al fresco side is temporarily closed for safety and repairs."
The actor-restaurateur also used the incident to remind the public about the importance of situational awareness.
"This serves as a reminder to all of us! No matter where you are, always stay alert. 'Watch your six!' Awareness and prevention are essential. You never know what situation you might find yourself in, so be careful, be ready, and always be aware."
Expressing gratitude, Guidicelli credited divine protection for keeping his team safe.
He said, “Above all, we thank the Lord. He truly kept my team safe today. By His grace, we are protected, healthy, and able to move forward,” he said.
He concluded his post by thanking everyone for their concern and prayers, urging the public to stay safe.
