There's no question that the Philippines is a pageant country, with most of the nation on pause as they watch how well our delegates perform in the different international pageants held around the world.

This year was no different, with delegate hometowns like Bulacan cheering on Chelsea Manalo during her Miss Universe stint. Chelsea would go on to become the first-ever Miss Universe Asia.

And the country isn't just performing well in female beauty pageants. Back in October, Dom Corilla won the Mister Global crown, besting 31 other candidates and becoming the first-ever title holder from the Philippines.

Status by Sparkle talent Brandon Espiritu also represented the country exceptionally in the Mister Supranational pageant, ending up as second runner-up and becoming the most successful delegate the country has sent to the pageant.
