Like many celebrities, Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap star Jillian Ward admitted that she loves cars and even bought her own dream car, a sports car she's been eyeing for a long time, just last year.

However, the actress admitted that the medical series she stars in played a role in the change in her priorities, into looking for long-term investments instead.

“Mahilig po (ako sa sasakyan) pero ngayon po medyo hindi na po gaano kasi nga po parang nag-iba na po yung gusto ko po,” Jillian said in her interview on the Surprise Guest with Pia Arcangel podcast.

She added, “Actually yung show ko po, parang na-influence niya po yung personality ko po. So ngayon po, mas gusto ko po yung mga bagay na pang longterm po talaga.”

Aside from her sports car, her parents also gifted her a car to use for tapings. However, what she considers her biggest investment is their house in Quezon City which they bought when she was 7.

The young actress then expressed how grateful she is to her parents as they were the ones who saved up her earnings and helped her make investments.

“Kumbaga ito po (their house in Quezon City), nakapangalan po sa akin. Yung mga investments po na galing sa sahod ko sa pag-aartista, talagang para sa akin po 'yung ini-invest po nila,” she added.

Despite already turning 18 on February 25, Jillian said that she would still ask her parents for help in making investments.

“Sobra naman din naman po yung trust ko po sa kanila. Parang hindi ko pa po kaya, sabi ko nga po, natatakot po ako mag-18 kasi ang dami pong responsibilidad,” she said.

She added that it was her mom and dad who guided her in making investments and that even though they are the ones deciding, they would still ask for her approval before going through with it.

“Hindi po sila yung basta na lang pong gagawin. Lagi pong tine-take in consideration yung mga gusto ko po,” she added.
