“There were stairs, and then I think the dulo of the gown flipped and then got caught on my heel. I still have the bruise,” pag-alala ni Ahtisa.

Aniya, kahit masakit ay gusto niyang makatayo kaagad mula sa kaniyang pagkakadapa, “I know I didn't want to be there for like - I just want to get up as fast as I can.”

“I thought that when they asked what is that thing that I could show to everyone. I thought that they were all there to witness my fall. And if it's not enough that they saw me fall, and stood up, and still fought for what I wanted, what better answer could I have given? At least, that's what's going on in my mind,” sabi ng beauty queen.

“After my coronation, we had an after-party with all the other candidates and the organization. Once I got home, I got home around 4 a.m. I couldn't sleep until 7 a.m. 'cause I was already thinking, 'What do I do in Thailand?' Like I was already thinking of a game plan,” pagbabahagi ni Ahtisa.

“I wanted to give the Philippines a great fight, making sure that I'm 100 percent healthy because when you're healthy, your physical body, your mind follows, and your confidence, and your game. That's my main focus for Thailand,” sabi ng beauty queen.
