The Kapuso comedienne debunks the malicious rumor and condemns a YouTube channel spreading the fake news.

Aiai delas Alas shuts down a malicious rumor claiming that she has passed away.

The Kapuso actress particularly went after a YouTube channel that is spreading the malicious rumor.

"Ano ba napapala nyo sa paggawa ng ganito?” an upset Aiai wrote on Instagram.

“Pampadami ng views (Sa ganitong paraan? Kung anu-ano na lang. Namatay daw ako sa sakit na diabetes.”

Aiai, who shared a screenshot of the YouTube channel, contested the diabetes claim, saying that she has been watching her diet and sugar intake for five years now.

“Five years na ko walang sugar sa katawan except fruits and coco sugar,” Aiai said.

Aiai asked the public not to subscribe and support the channel as it is spreading fake news.

“Na-stressed ate ko dito at tsaka iba kong friends sa abroad,” Aiai mentioned.

Fake news and death hoaxes targeting celebrities have become rampant in recent years.
