Kapuso actress-singer Aicelle Santos recently shared that she has finally recovered from COVID-19.
Along with a video of herself playing the ukelele while singing, the celebrity mom announced that she has “graduated from COVID isolation.”
Aicelle also expressed her relief that her baby daughter, Zandrine Zambrano, didn't get infected by the contagious virus.
She wrote, “Thankful that it's mild and that Zandrine didn't catch it despite direct breastfeeding. Now I see how important masks are in preventing the spread of the virus. So people, mask up! Ingat! #PraiseGodforhealing #amazinggrace.”
On December 5, 2021, Aicelle and her spouse, Mark Zambrano, prepared a simple birthday celebration at home for baby Zandrine as she turned a year old.
Aside from Aicelle, other showbiz figures and personalities who have recovered from the coronavirus include Miss Universe 1999 first runner-up Miriam Quiambao-Roberto, Miss Globe 2021 Maureen Montagne, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, and Mars Pa More host Iya Villania-Arellano.
