Alice Dixson gave her followers something to think about after posting about what she's like when she's in love.

One her Instagram account, the Legal Wives star asked the question “When you love someone you should…?” Before answering her own question, Alice gave the caveat that there are no right or wrong answers and that each person's response depends on their “personal experiences, bias, upbringing & beliefs.”

For her part, Alice wrote that she's a friend when she's in love and that she's honest. She also said that she tries to see if she and her partner have the same values and goals and whether they're headed in the right direction.

According to Alice, she is also forgiving when she's in love but only up to a point, explaining that nobody likes being hurt constantly. She also accepts her partner's past just as long as she's the future and they don't talk about their exes too much.

Finally, Alice encouraged everyone to have time for themselves even as they're generous with sharing their time with their partner.

Alice's question comes at a perfect time as she is set to make a return as the character Amirah on Legal Wives.

In an Instagram post teasing her imminent return, Alice posted several behind-the-scenes shots as well as a close-up photo of her wearing a golden ring.
