The Happy Islanders prove that an ordinary beach day can also be a day of learning.
Andi Eigenmann shared “one of the best things” about their island life, when their ordinary beach day turned into a learning experience for Lilo and Koa.
Andi posted a Reel on Instagram showing her fiancé, Philmar Alipayo, teaching their kids how to make sand balls.
“An ordinary beach day is often transformed into a great day of learning or acquiring new skills,” she said.
"It was low tide and the kids were playing with the soft sand underneath. So papa taught us how to make sand balls using both the wet mushy gray sand and some dry white sand from the shore,” Andi narrated.
Andi said the experience got them “science, math, arts, phys ed, history [and] geography all in one.”
Aside from the vlogs uploaded on their YouTube channel, Andi often shares their daily lives in Siargao on her Instagram.
Among her latest posts is her surf date with Philmar. “Always the best dates ever ever ever, with you @chepoxz!” she said.
Andi and Philmar announced their engagement in December 2020. They currently reside in Siargao with their kids, Ellie, Lilo, and Koa.
