As Andrew Schimmer brings his wife back to the hospital, he asks for continued prayers.
Actor Andrew Schimmer is asking for prayers again as his wife, Jorhomy Reiena Rovero or Jho, is back in the hospital after being at home for only a week.
Andrew posted a video on Facebook and updated everyone saying that he needed to bring his wife back to the hospital to stabilize her.
“Pinapastablize lang natin siya dahil ayan, medyo mataas pa rin yung kanyang heart rate,” he said in the video.
Andrew added that his wife needs to be admitted in the intensive care unit or ICU for a few days so that they can help stabilize Jho's condition.
He also revealed that they might need to move hospitals however, he did not give a clear reason as to why, other than the need to be admitted to the ICU.
“Please pray for her, thank you guys,” he said, ending the video.
He also captioned the video he posted, asking to give Jho “strength to push through.”
“Kaylangan po sha ng puso ko panginoon ko,” he added.
On November 24, 2021, Andrew revealed that Jho was brought to the hospital in BGC after she suffered a severe asthma attack that resulted in cardiac arrest and hypoxia, the lack of oxygen in the brain.
However, on October 10, he announced that he will be bringing his wife home with him for the first time in almost a year. He expressed his glee because it will be the first time for Jho to see the outside of the hospital since she was hospitalized.
He was also excited over seeing the facial expression his wife will have once they started traveling home.
In a separate video taken earlier, Andrew said that he brought his wife to the hospital because of a high fever that's not going down.
“Kahit malayo, binyahe natin siya papunta dito kasi sobrang taas ng lagnat niya e, hindi bumababa, meaning mayroong nilalabanang infection yung katawan niya,” he said.
He added that they tried to go to other hospitals but that they were denied either because their ER or emergency room is full, or that they don't have the equipment that Jho needs available.
