Friends of the actor, including Will Devaughn, director Mark Reyes, and businessman GP Reyes congratulated the host for another recognition to add to his roster.

On October 18, 2019, the sought-after TV host renewed his contract with the Kapuso network after 12 years.

He was joined by GMA Network Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Felipe L. Gozon; Senior Vice President for News and Public Affairs Marissa L. Flores; and Senior Assistant Vice President for Public Affairs Neil B. Gumban.

During the signing, Rovilson shared how grateful he is to be with the Kapuso network for over a decade.

“Just an absolute blessing,” he said.

“I've been happily employed by GMA and I'm going on twelve years now since the QTV days. It's been nice to be part of this family.

"This moment is the kind of contract signing I would see on TV or in the newspapers, and for them to extend the same courtesy to me as well and to our show, I'm so grateful.”
