Anthony Constantino was full of gratitude following his successful performance at the Bida sa Arena: Ultimate Celebrity Showdown held last Sunday.
Kapuso Balikbayan heartthrob Anthony Constantino took to Instagram to express his immense joy and gratitude following a fun and successful game alongside his fellow celebrities at the Bida sa Arena: Ultimate Celebrity Showdown basketball match held last May 3, 2026.
In his post, Anthony shared several photos taken during the game, accompanied by a message of gratitude to everyone who supported him and his team throughout the match.
“It's showtime baby!” Anthony wrote in the caption of his post.
The actor and model shared his lifelong passion for basketball, noting that the sport consistently rewards the dedication he pours into it.
Although it marked his debut on the prestigious MOA Arena stage, Anthony earned widespread acclaim for his high energy and hustle throughout the game, later assuring his supporters that he gave his absolute best and left everything on the court.
“Thanks for all the love and support last night. I've loved this game my whole life and it never fails to return its love,” he wrote.
“First time playing in MOA arena and all I can say is I left all I had on the court!” he added.
Anthony concluded his post by showing appreciation for the organizations that made the event possible, specifically tagging the event organizers and his management team for the chance to compete.
“Special thanks to @bidasaarena @sparklegmaartistcenter @theth3rdfloorceleb for this opportunity,” Anthony expressed.
The match, which featured Team Sparkle led by David Licauco against Team Th3rd Floor led by Gerald Anderson, saw Anthony emerge as a key player, ultimately resulting in him earning the “Player of the Game” title.
The crowd also admired the Kapuso actor after he successfully executed a spectacular “Hail Mary” shot during the game, proving that he is a truly skilled player of the sport.
During a post-game interview with 24 Oras, Anthony playfully credited his The Master Cutter co-star, Shuvee Etrata, as his “lucky charm” for the night.
Catch Anthony in the new primetime series The Master Cutter, which is set for its world premiere on Monday, May 11, airing on both GMA-7 and GTV. The series will also make its streaming debut on Netflix this Friday, May 8.
