Kapuso actress Ashley Ortega just turned 23 and her friends surprised her with a bear-themed cake in a seafood restaurant.
In an Instagram post, Ashley shared a video of her smiling before she blows out the candle on her cake.
In another post, the actress shared photos of herself wearing a green satin dress. She wrote, "Birthday mood! Thank you to everyone who greeted me today. Blessed at 23."
