
Aubrey Miles admitted that she used to dislike working out on a treadmill.
According to the fitness enthusiast, she never committed to working out on a treadmill as she finds it boring. That is why she looked for a way to make it more motivating.
Aubrey said, “Cardio Day♀️ I never used to like the treadmill before coz I found it kind of boring. I found a way to stay at least 90mins of my day.”
She revealed that her discovery is to find a show to watch while on the treadmill. Aubrey added that she needs something that doesn't require her full attention.
“I have to pick a show to watch. Not a movie not a series or K-drama. I have to watch a reality show or a competition show that I like that doesn't need full attention.”
“I need to focus on running and on my heart rate. I need a show that's easy fun to watch and no pressure.”
Aubrey also left a list for the same people who have a problem staying in the treadmill.
