Former child star Awra Briguela spreads kindness this year through a meaningful donation drive.
On Instagram, the social media personality shared moments from her initiative, where she distributed grocery packages to jeepney drivers.
From preparing the goods to personally handing them out on the streets, Awra took a hands-on approach to the project.
"There's something powerful about shared intentions. Doing this with friends who have the same principles as me reminded me that helping doesn't have to be grand. It just has to be genuine," she wrote.
"From preparing and packing groceries in my own place, to knowing that these will go to jeepney drivers who continue to work hard despite everything they're facing, every moment felt purposeful. This is our small way of giving back, and a reminder that even in uncertain times, kindness will always have a place."
Awra also expressed gratitude to those who contributed to the initiative, including supporters who were unable to attend but still extended help.
"To everyone who donated, from Stormi's viewers to each and every person who extended their help, we truly appreciate all of you. This wouldn't have been possible without your kindness and willingness to give," she added.
"What we did may seem small, but it was built on shared effort, genuine intention, and a collective desire to help. May God bless you all for the goodness you've shared not just today, but in the lives you've touched."
The initiative follows a series of milestones for Awra this year.
She was recently recognized with a special citation at her alma mater, University of the East, during the Dangal ng Silangan 2026 event.
Awra also marked her 22nd birthday last March with a glamorous celebration featuring bold red and gold motifs.
Meanwhile, the project also came after her recent health scare.
Previously, she was rushed to the hospital due to severe stomach pain and persistent vomiting.
According to Awra, she was diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis and was also dehydrated.
