Coach Jay Roncesvalles says he was able to buy a car thanks to 'GENTO' success

Coach Jay Roncesvalles turned emotional as he reflected on the success of "GENTO," the SB19 hit he choreographed.

In an episode of "Stars on the Floor," Joker from 1st.One and Jasmine Curtis-Smith danced to the song.

The judge turned teary-eyed as he looked back on his journey with "GENTO."

"Ang dami kong na-realize. Pinapakinggan ko siya nagko-commute ako kasi kailangan ko siyang gawan [ng sayaw], paulit-ulit sa tainga ko," Coach Jay said.

"And dahil din sa tugtog na 'yun, nakabili ako ng sasakyan," he revealed.

Aside from "GENTO," Coach Jay is the choreographer behind SB19's hit songs, "DAM" and "DUNGKA."

He is also a judge on both seasons of "Stars on the Floor."

Coach Jay is also a musician under the name J2X. He recently dropped the single, "AkoNgaPalaSi" and performed the song in SB19's "Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Finale."
