Rampa Republic is just the latest group to join the Miss World Philippines organization. Back in August, the Miss World Philippines organization announced three new franchise holders in Hawaii, Quezon City, and Canada.

The Miss Philippines Hawaii was named the accredited partner for the Filipino community in Hawaii, while Jeannie Jarina was the official franchise holder for Quezon City. The Filipino community in Canada, on the other hand, has Szarj Venture Entertainment Inc. as the accredited Miss World Philippines partner. Jeanne Jarina was also announced as the organization's official local franchise partner for the province of Bulacan back in July.

Meanwhile, McLelland Entertainment Production An Elite Chateau Inc. was named the official franchise holder for the Filipino community in the United States in May.

Meanwhile, MJV Mclelland was announced as the local franchise holder for Miss World Philippines Western Visayas, open to Filipinas from the provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo, Guimaras, and Negros Occidental.

Back in 2023, the province of Bukidnon was awarded a Miss World Philippines franchise, with Miss B Productions and the Pelayo Group staging pageants and determining Bukidnon's delegate for the Miss World Philippines national pageant.

Olongapo City, Zambales, and Bataan were also awarded their own Miss World Philippines franchises last year, with the RDM Talent and Pageant Circuit holding the Miss World Philippines franchise for all three locations. Cebu and Pangasinan were also awarded franchises, with Wilma Laude Zamora and the Pangasinan provincial government being the franchise holders, specifically.

The winners of these different pageants will compete to succeed Krishnah Gravidez, the current reigning Miss World Philippines.
