With 'Start-Up PH' coming to a close, what will Bea Alonzo miss from the series?

As Start-Up PH finale airs tonight on GMA Telebabad, its lead actress Bea Alonzo reveals that she will miss her co-stars the most because she has already become friends with them.

In an interview with Nelson Canlas for "Chika Minute" on 24 Oras, Bea she has built a good friendship with Yasmien Kurdi, Alden Richards, and Jeric Gonzales, and the rest of the cast.

“Dahil may adjustment period pa, parang feeling ko ngayon pa lang mas lumalalim na yung pagkakaibigan namin at ngayon lang talaga kami nagkakakilala,” she said.

Bea officially became a Kapuso in 2021 but received her first lead role in 2022 on the series as Danica Sison, opposite Alden Richards (Tristan Hernandez).

The actress also expressed how she felt blessed with her first project in the network. Likewise, she gave thanks to the supporters of the series for giving her the opportunity “na ma-ipakita ko sa inyo, in a different environment this time, kung ano yung kaya kong gawin.”

She continued, “Syempre, gusto ko ring magpasalamat sa GMA network for giving me a chance to work with these people, and to work with this kind of material,” she added.

In a previous interview, Jeric, who plays Dave Navarro in the series, expressed how inspired he is working with Bea because he learned a lot from her professionalism and work ethic.

“Ang sarap niya katrabaho and ginuide niya talaga ako dito sa Start-Up PH,” he added.

In a separate interview, Yasmien, who plays Bea's sister in the series, Katrina Sison, also said how happy she is to work with the actress. She even recalled a time when she mistakenly entered Bea's tent during a shoot, and another time when a fellow artist mistook her for Bea.

“Hindi ko naisip na one day makakatrabaho kami dahil nga we're from two different worlds--doon siya sa kabila, and nandito ako. Ito, ito na 'yung time na hinihingi ng mga fans na sana maging magkapatid kami in a show,” she said.
