To address these sudden changes of plans, the MUPh Organization created a Q&A presser and posted its answers on its official Facebook page on May 5.

The first thing they announced is the new schedule of the coronation night.

From its original date on May 3 to the previously rescheduled June 14, the organization has once again moved the event to October, with no date specified yet.

With regard to other important concerns related to the pandemic, these were addressed by the MUPh National Director Shamcey Supsup-Lee.

Jonas Gaffud, the creative director of the MUPh Organization, also revealed that they are eyeing Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados as the one to crown the winner of its first-ever edition of the pageant.

Furthermore, Gaffud noted that no contestants have backed up from the pageant yet, although he said that the organization welcomes any development or decision from its contenders.

Nevertheless, the former head of Aces and Queens promises that the finals night in October will be one of a kind.

He said, “The theme, the colors, and the interviews will be very interesting, to say the least. Not to be coy, but all I can say is we will give you a SHOW unlike anything you have seen before.”
