Bianca Umali now enjoys reading romance books.
Bianca Umali took to social media to share that she is officially off of her reading slump.
In an Instagram post, the Sparkle actress shared a video of her reading the romance book titled The Night We Met by author Abby Jimenez. In the video, the Ella Arcangel: Awit ng Pangil at Kuko star can be seen feeling different emotions as she reads her book.
Bianca admitted she wasn't into romance books, but her fellow Sparkle star, Barbie Forteza, influenced her.
"Officially out of my reading slump. Not gonna lie, I'm not a romance-book girly, but @barbaraforteza influenced me into buying this. ILY, NENG! This is only my third romance book... ever... and why am I actually eating up all the cheesy moments? HAHA" she wrote.
Bianca added, "Safe to say, I wasn't ready for all the feelings at the end."
Barbie left a comment on Bianca's post below saying, "HAHAHAHAH YUNG SLOW CLAP. Ay nako, Chris Wright and your EpiPen! I love youuuuu!!! Sobrang talino mo na! Mag-enjoy ka naman sa mga ganyang books! Feels lang."
The same book was also featured in some of Barbie's Instagram posts.
Meanwhile, Bianca Umali is the voice behind the title role Ella in the upcoming horror-fantasy animated film, Ella Arcangel: Awit ng Pangil at Kuko.
