This November, GMA Pinoy TV is bringing Kapuso abroad closer to home with 'Pinoy Aklatan,' a storytelling program featuring Filipino stories.
Kapuso stars Bianca Umali, Yasmien Kurdi, LJ Reyes, and Paolo Contis are among the storytellers for GMA Pinoy TV's newest advocacy project through the children's TV program, Pinoy Aklatan: Filipino Stories for Kids (Pinoy A+).
The show is a gateway for Pinoy families abroad to have more access to popular Filipino literature for children.
Other hosts include Kapuso anchors Pia Arcangel, Connie Sison, Kara David, Suzi Entrata-Abrera, Lyn Ching, Luane Dy, and actor Carlo Gonzales.
The advocacy project is in celebration of GMA Pinoy TV's 15th anniversary held this year. Pinoy A+ will showcase fun storytelling of classic Filipino stories and legends narrated by the Kapuso personalities especially for Kapuso abroad. The show is dedicated to Filipinos of all ages and parents are encouraged to join the experience of bonding through storytelling with their children to strengthen their love for reading and become rooted with Filipino culture.
