Kris Aquino gives yet again an update on her health but this time mentions Bimby's medical condition.
As the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino battles her own health crisis, she can't help but worry about her bunso, Bimby Aquino-Yap, who suffered from pneumonia for the third time while staying with her in the US.
In an Instagram post, Kris expressed how worried she was when Bimby started having coughs and sore throat. A family doctor checked her youngest son's condition.
“I felt my heart crumble because Bimb, from Dr Henry's assessment had pneumonia. [Third] time na for Bimb,” she said.
Kris also revealed how Bimby has always had asthma since he was 9 years old, and had his second attack in 2020 during the first pandemic lockdown.
She also mentioned how her youngest son had always suffered from skin asthma since he was in grade 1, and got many of her own environmental allergies.
The actress and host then expressed how it was the “worst feeling in the world” not being allowed to go near her son and take care of him because of her own immunosuppressant therapy.
“Thank God Bimb's kuya Josh stubbornly refused to leave the connecting room where Bimb had to stay. He was Bimb's constant companion & even though my nurses kept telling kuya to stop hugging Bimb tuloy pa rin sya,” Kris said.
She added, “Thank God matibay kuya's resistance, hindi sya nahawa ng kahit ubo o sipon.”
Kris revealed though that on July 15, Bimby finished his prescription and is now “90 percent recovered.”
