 Britney Spears denies rumors


Britney Spears slams rumors about a new album.

Princess of Pop Britney Spears took to Instagram to clarify rumors about her new album. Part of her response says, "I will never return to the music industry!!"

In one of Britney's latest posts, the American singer debunked the circulating news in the caption, "Just so we're clear most of the news is trash! They keep saying I'm turning to random people to do a new album. I will never return to the music industry !!!"

Britney also added she's currently enjoying her life as a ghostwriter in the lines, "When I write, I write for fun or I write for other people!" and "I've written over 20 songs for other people the past two years! I'm a ghostwriter and I honestly enjoy it that way !!!"

Besides the new album rumors, Britney also denied false accusations that her autobiography, The Woman in Me, was published illegally, without her consent.

"People are also saying MY BOOK WAS RELEASED WITHOUT MY APPROVAL ILLEGALLY and that's far from the truth…have you read the news these days?" Britney said.

In the end of the, Britney reassured followers, "I'm so LOVED and blessed!"

Britney Spears is a multi awarded American singer who is famous for her songs "Toxic," "Baby One More Time," "Oops...I Did it Again," "Criminal," among others.

Last year, Britney collaborated with will.i.am. for the song "Mind Your Business" and with Elton John for "Hold Me Closer."

She recently got divorced from Sam Asghari, who Britney married in a star-studded Los Angeles wedding ceremony in June 2022.

In October 2023, she released her autobiography The Woman in Me which won Best Memoir at "2023 Goodreads Choice Awards."
