BTS member Jungkook breaks a record on TikTok for the song "Dreamers."
Jeon Jungkook of BTS made history in performing the official soundtrack for the 2022 FIFA World Cup titled "Dreamers," and it doesn't end there.
"Dreamers" dominated music and social media platforms weeks after its release, becoming the fastest song performed by a K-pop artist to exceed 500k and 1 million videos on TikTok.
The song has been used in over 500k TikTok videos within six days, and 1 million videos in 13 days, making it the fastest rising audio by a K-pop artist to be on TikTok.
Coincidentally, the second place for this record is also from Jungkook. The second most used K-pop song used in TikTok videos in a short span of time is "Left and Right" by Jungkook and Charlie Puth. The song reached 1 million videos on TikTok in 16 days.
Jungkook's "Dreamers" has also become the fastest FIFA World Cup song to hit No. 1 on the United States iTunes Top Songs chart after only two hours and 11 minutes, according to a Soompi news article.
