
J-hope of the global group BTS is set to drop a physical version of his first solo album, Jack In The Box, a year after it was first released.
According to the group's record label BigHit Music, Jack In the Box (HOPE Edition) will contain the existing tracks of the album, along with three live tracks J-hope performed at Lollapalooza 2022 and two instrumental tracks.
“Jack In the Box (HOPE Edition) is a physical album prepared for fans who have been able to enjoy Jack In the Box only through its Weverse album,” BigHit said in a Weverse announcement.
The album will be released on August 18, Friday, while pre-order begins July 17, Monday.
Aside from the additional songs, BigHit said new photos and items are also included in the new edition.
“We look forward to your love and support for Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition),” it continued.
The concept photos for the physical version were also released, which featured J-hope in contrasting black and white ensembles, inside blue, pink, and white boxes.
J-hope released Jack In The Box in July 2022, which featured the songs, “MORE,” “Arson,” and “Future,” among others.
