
R&B star Usher is teaming up with Jungkook of BTS for a new remix of the latter's solo song, "Standing Next to You."
The group's record label, BigHit Music, took to Weverse the announcement of the upcoming release of "Standing Next to You - Usher Remix."
The track is set to be released on December 1, Friday, at 2 p.m. KST (1 p.m. in Manila).
According to BigHit, the remix "adds a velvety touch to the energetic vibe of the original version, showcasing the synergy between the two artists in full force."
It added, "We ask for your enthusiastic love and support for “Standing Next to You - Usher Remix” and Jung Kook's future endeavors."

"Standing Next to You" is the main track of Jungkook's solo album, GOLDEN, released earlier this month.
The album has 11 tracks, including Jungkook's previously released chart-topping hits, "Seven (ft. Latto)" and "3D (ft. Jack Harlow)."
Jungkook is also the voice behind the official 2022 FIFA World Cup song, “Dreamers” and has collaborated with Charlie Puth for the song, “Left and Right.”
