The Kapuso actress visited the wake of Benj Gabitan to pay her respects.
Kapuso actress Carla Abellana continues to mourn the passing of her handler and road manager, Benj Gabitan.
Carla posted on Instagram a photo apparently taken from Benj's wake.
The picture showed Carla leaving a can of Benj's favorite soda on top of his casket during the visit.
"I love you, Benj. It breaks my heart to know you're gone,” Carla wrote on social media on Friday, July 2.
“I'm so terribly sorry I wasn't there when you needed help, Benj. No more stress, discomforts and pain. You can now finally rest.
“You'll always have a special place in my heart, Benj.”
Aside from Carla, Benj also served as road manager to new Kapuso Beauty Gonzalez and Miss Eco International 2018 and First Yaya actress, Thia Thomalla.
“Rest in peace, my dear friend. Though you are no longer here to hold my hand in this new journey that we started, I am certain you will always have my back up there in heaven. I will always remember you with love,” wrote Beauty on social media after learning of Benj's passing.
Benj was part of the ALV Talent Circuit Inc., the talent management company founded by Arnold Vegafria.
