Carlos had a freak accident before his 43rd birthday.
Actor-model Carlos Agassi is staying strong, after suffering from a serious knee injury.
Carlos took to Instagram to share what happened that resulted in him being unable to walk or even move his leg. He also asked his followers and fans to pray for him, too.
“Please pray for me, I had a bad landing and my knee gave up and swayed side to side, can't walk or move my leg. Sana speedy recovery and no need for surgery.”
“Thanks, my love, for taking good care of me. @sarinayamamoto Freak accident before my 43rd birthday, I guess I'm retired na from basketball. Thank you to everyone asissting & being patient with me, thank you so much Momskie for helping me & Sarina. Can't believe I can't stand or walk or bend.”
In an interview with Mars Pa More in March 2022, the hunk actor recalled his other freak accident, when he accidentally slipped, while in the gym.
He remembered, "Naglalakad pa lang ako, as in kukunin ko pa lang 'yung weights, nadulas na ako. Pagdulas ko, tatawa sana si girlfriend kaso pagtingin niya sa akin nakita niya tumutulo 'yung dugo. Ako naman sa lakas ng impact, kaysa ma-unconscious ako parang nagising ako, parang nagka-energy ako.”
"Nag-faceplant ako. 'Yung sapatos ko hindi ko siya ginamit since pandemic, so naiwan. Pag-iwan niya nadulas, nag-faceplant ako.”
