“I cannot believe he is gone”- Charlie Puth on Liam's death
The global music entertainment scene is in shock right now after news broke out that former One Direction member Liam Payne tragically passed away at 31.
Based on news reports, Liam died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth was among those who paid tribute to Liam and on his Instagram Story. The “One Call Away” hitmaker expressed that he is overwhelmed with the sudden death of a good friend.
Charlie posted, “I am in shock right now. Liam was always so kind to me.”
“He was one of the first major artists I got to work with. I cannot believe he is gone… I am so upset right now, may he rest in peace.”

Liam was part of the boy group One Direction, which was formed in 2010. Its other members are Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik.
