After working together in the film 'Desperadas' both Iza and Marian had no qualms working again as both leading ladies of Dingdong Dantes in their new film 'One True Love'. Therefore, during the filming of the movie, they were as comfortable as can be with each other and their scenes. When asked who had a love scene with Dingdong in the movie, these two beautiful actresses almost immediately answered in the positive, and like two teenage girls with a crush, gave themselves high fives, apparently just learning this fact for the first time from each other. "Alam ko at buo ang loob ko sa kanya (kay Dingdong) at malaki ang tiwala ko na hindi magiging bastos yun. Parang kumbaga, mas kikiligin sila kesa isipin nila na, 'Hay, ba't ganun? Ba't ganito?'", Marian describes her scene in the movie. For Iza, she explains the difference of her love scene with Dingdong by comparing the feelings behind them. "Kasi yung love scene nila (ni Marian), iba yung emosyon, iba yung pinangagalingan dun sa emosyon na pinangagalingan nung sa akin[ing love scene]. At magaling si Direk Mac (Alejandre)." Iza relates. This perspective is not surprising, coming from Iza, who just lately learned that her role in Joaquin Bordado, which was also directed by Mac Alejandre, can possibly be considered as a finalist for Best Performance of an Actress in a Drama Series at the International Emmy Awards this coming November. Of course they were naturally asked about their love lives behind the camera and when Marian was told about gossip that she has broken up with her rumored boyfriend, Ervic Vijandre, she chose to keep mum about the issue. "Basta yung personal ko akin nalang yun, basta yun, yun na yun! (laughs)," Marian replied. When egged on, all Marian can say was, "Masaya ako eh. Masaya ako sa kung anumang nangyayari sa buhay ko ngayon." And who wouldn't be? With both of these women's careers taking off, it looks like the sky would only be the limit in their work as well as their loves, whoever with they may be.
