Happy birthday, Baby Cash!
Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda and actress-entrepreneur Neri Naig's youngest child, Manuel Alfonso Miranda, or simply baby Cash, turns one today (October 8).
In an Instagram post, Chito shared a photo of his wife with their second son and wrote a funny yet sweet message for the birthday boy.
“Happy birthday, Cash!!! Alam ko hindi mo pa mababasa ito dahil una, wala ka pa namang Instagram, and 2nd, 'di ka pa naman marunong magbasa… pero gusto ko lang sabihan na mahal na mahal ka namin,” Chito wrote in his post. “You put so much joy and happiness sa mga puso ng mga taong nakapaligid sa iyo.”
Chito also wished his son to be happy and healthy until he grows old. He went on, “Gusto ko sana sabihin na wag kang magbabago.. Pero s'yempre magbabago ka pa. 'Di ka pa nga nagsasalita eh pero sana masiyahin at malusog ka hanggang sa pagtanda.”
“I'm sure mababasa mo din itong message na 'to eventually, and sana mabalikan mo lahat ng memories mo mula pagkabata and mapangiti ka dahil alam mo without a doubt kung gaano ka namin kamahal,” he shared. “Happy birthday, Cash-taba!!!”
Meanwhile, Neri can't seem to believe how quickly time has flown as her son is already a year old.
Prior to Cash's special day, the celebrity mom posted an adorable photo of her son wearing a white sando, denim jumper, and a cute hat.
She captioned her post, “Birthday mo na bukas, Cashy baby ko!! Ang bilis bilis ng panahon! Excited na akong makita mo 'yung birthday party na ginawa namin for you kahit di mo naman maaalala 'yun [laughing emoji].”
Neri then expressed her gratitude to Charisse Tinio of Nice Print Photography for her baby boy's birthday photos.
Before ending her post, she added, “Isang taon na si Caaaash!”
Aside from the birthday celebrator, Chito and Neri also have a son named Miggy.
