Get more details on the musical series 'Still,' which will also star Julie Anne San Jose.
Asia's Romantic Balladeer and The Clash judge Christian Bautista and Asia's Pop Diva Julie Anne San Jose are slated to star in an upcoming online musical series titled Still.
In an Instagram post, Christian revealed that he got emotional during their rehearsal for Still.

Part of his post reads, “There was an audition. I think i said yes even before hearing fully what it was about. I was given my scene to record.
“I was given my song to sing. As i was rehearsing , I said to my self. Why are my eyes tearing up? Is it because i haven't gotten a script in years?
“Is it because the song gave me a renewed sense of purpose? Is it because I have been still for so long.
“Is it because this endeavor reminded me as well that I am still here.
“Is it because i was also led to remember the saying 'be still and know that God is there?”
“It may be all that.”
He also said that their lock-in shoot will begin today, May 13, and it will be his first time to join one.
The upcoming musical series Still is an inspiring lockdown story which will highlight the beautiful friendships that blossom amid the crisis and the resilience of the Filipino community.
The creative team behind Still are the same minds behind the hit Filipino musical, Mula Sa Buwan.
The award-winning creatives team of Still includes Pat Valera, Giancarlo Abrahan, Nicco Manalo, Monter Jimenez, and Treb Monteras.

Also part of cast are theater and music icon Bituin Escalante, Philippine Theater Princess Gab Pangilinan, rising stars Abe Autea, Lance Reblando, Mike Shimamoto, and Gabby Padilla.
In the past, Christian has starred in several theater productions such as West Side Story, Rama Hari, Cinderella, and Ghost: The Musical.
