Derek Ramsay and his fiancée's three-year-old son look absolutely cute together in this recent birthday post.
On Instagram yesterday, June 27, Kapuso hunk Derek Ramsay shared his birthday greetings for his fiancee's son Elias Modesto, who just turned 3.
In the photo, it clearly showed that Derek and Elias were having a nice bonding time at the swimming pool.
The 44-year-old actor wrote in the caption, “Happy birthday babiguling!! Love ya buddy!!”
At this writing, this special and cute moment post has over 36,000 likes on Instagram.
After a few hours, Derek also uploaded a series of photos that showed the Spiderman-themed birthday party of Elias as well as his fiancée Ellen Adarna.
In those five photos, Ellen, Elias, and Derek were having a great time celebrating such a wonderful and joyous occasion. Elias Modesto also had a Spiderman-themed birthday party and wore a mini version costume of the famous superhero, which was absolutely adorable.
Ellen Adarna, who is Derek Ramsay's better half, expressed her love and appreciation for the Kapuso actor in the comments section.

Netizens also sent their birthday greetings for Elias Modesto and left heart emojis. Currently, Derek's second post has over 22,000 likes on Instagram.
On the same day, Ellen Adarna posted their family photos taken from Elias' 3rd birthday and it showed how Derek really loves her son. Derek and Elias even had a photo where they both did the Spiderman pose, which put a smile on Ellen's face.
The sexy actress also shared how supportive and hands-on Derek was during the entire birthday celebration.
