Catch the finale week of 'Return To Paradise' this Monday to Friday on GMA Afternoon Prime.
As the Kapuso afternoon drama series Return To Paradise nears its finale, Sparkle hunk Derrick Monasterio is full with gratitude toward his on-screen partner, Elle Villanueva, and the entire production team of the said show.
In an Instagram post, the Kapuso actor shared photos and videos of his fun moments during the taping of Return To Paradise, which he considers as the show that's close to his heart.
“After [four] months of waking up early, stressing about long lines (just Elle) and of course, experiencing our characters' struggles, we've come to our last taping day of the show that's really close to my heart,” he wrote.
"From having just Eden by her side to being the foundation of an ideal family, Red's character taught Derrick a lot and gave him so much maturity and character development,” he added. “Thank you also to the production team and to the staff for being like family and for making this difficult job trouble-free.”
The hunk actor also didn't forget to show his appreciation and support to his leading lady. He went on, “Lastly, [I] couldn't have done it without you, Yenyen @_ellevillanueva. I'm open because you're open.
“I felt every touch and word you said because you're just giving me so much. Collaborating with you helped me grow as an actor and I'll forever cherish what we have. I'll always be here to support your future projects with or without me in it.”
In the comments section, Elle expressed her utmost gratitude to her co-star for guiding her in the show, “I can't imagine having a different co-actor play Red. Glad it's you. Thank you for guiding me in this show and for bringing the fun whenever I sit in the corner and stress about Eden's long ass lines.
“I'm so proud of your achievements and will always support you like how you do to me. We both love this show and the people behind it so much it's insane. I'll never forget our Paradise.”
